There are plenty of Pardot training courses out there right now and the majority of them tick basic boxes such as showing you around the system and giving you ideas for how to use Pardot (recently renamed Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or MCAE for short). 

As a large team of certified specialists, we’ve spent a bit of time discussing how to share our expert insights with Pardot users keen to become professionals. 

The more we can educate marketers in automation and Pardot best practices, the more competitive industries can become, and the better we can collaborate with businesses to continue to evolve their automated marketing.

Pardot training by job role

To cater to the different team members using Pardot and their varying needs and use cases, we’ve created a 10-week, on-demand course focusing on the parts of Pardot that matter to a particular job role (or the role you want!). Whether you're an experienced marketer, recent graduate, Salesforce administrator, or simply a passionate individual interested in Pardot and marketing automation, the course is suitable for you. 

The objective is to train you within the context of an actual real-life scenario because quite frankly, that’s the best way to remember things. If you can relate to some of the scenarios and examples we give, there’s a good chance you’ll be more engaged. 

The end goal of the course is to ensure you are successful in a role that involves Pardot. An added bonus is that we expect you to breeze through the Pardot Specialist exam once you’ve passed our course!

There are plenty of Pardot training videos from our certified experts, who will walk you through the theory but also share demos of how to actually do the things we’re talking about. 

There are quizzes and if you’re lucky enough to have a Pardot sandbox, we’ll task you with hands-on exercises to reinforce your knowledge.

Whether you’re a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learner, our course aims to cover all of these different learning styles!
