Founder & CEO of MarCloud, Tom has been on both sides of the fence, client side and agency, working with Salesforce platforms for the best part of a decade. He’s a Salesforce Marketing Champion and certified consultant who loves to co-host webinars and pen original guides and articles. A regular contributor to online business and marketing publications, he’s passionate about marketing automation and, along with the team, is rapidly making MarCloud the go-to place for Marketing Cloud and Salesforce expertise.

Originally from Japan, Ming takes on several roles at the MarCloud office, including office security, motivational speaker, and deep thinker.

She’s often found sleeping on the job, eating biscuits, and really enjoys trips to the kitchen.

James has delivered countless projects in the martech industry and has worked closely with some huge clients over the years. He particularly enjoys the challenge of working with large-scale operations to optimise their tech stack, but also loves to get smaller businesses up to speed, giving them the best start in their automation journey. As a certified Pardot consultant, James spends his days at MarCloud as Head of Client Services; supporting the team to deliver on client objectives and ensuring the client experience is excellent.

A data scientist and engineer, Anton has extensive experience in successfully delivering martech and salestech solutions for a variety of clients, both big and small, and across 25 countries. With a scary amount of knowledge in the development space, his focus at MarCloud is on innovating technical solutions for clients but also creating brand-new apps and products for Salesforce platforms, to solve common business challenges.

Eoin brings a wealth of expertise to the company from his four years at Salesforce where as Senior Marketing Cloud Executive, he built B2B and demand generation engines for customers in the UK technology sector.

Sam has a background in managing projects and tours for some of the world's biggest orchestras and performing arts groups. Having learned about marketing automation and Salesforce in his free time, he embarked on a career change which led him to MarCloud. This started with a Project Management role before moving into Sales where he now enjoys creating collaborative working relationships between our clients and experts at MarCloud. He holds the Account Engagement (Pardot) Consultant Certification and loves seeing our client's success stories having worked with MarCloud to solve their problems.

Triana comes from a marketing background and has been part of the Salesforce ecosystem for five years. She loves supporting clients with getting the most from Account Engagement (Pardot) by building strategies and finding solutions that suit each client. She wants them to love it as much as she does! With four Salesforce certifications under her belt, Triana has been a Marketing Champion since 2021. She's spoken at Salesforce community events and MarDreamin.

Jon has over 20 years' experience in digital marketing, and in Pardot for almost 10 years across the B2B, charity, and education sectors. He loves to create marketing solutions that exceed expectations and strives to bridge the gap between marketing and sales teams to ensure relationships are always successful. He's a certified Pardot consultant and Lead Consultant at MarCloud.

Chris is an experienced marketer and certified Pardot consultant. He’s passionate about improving visibility for clearer marketing attribution, which in the world of Salesforce means aligning digital marketing strategy with the objects, tools, and automations available within the Salesforce tech stack and beyond. His role at MarCloud is to support the Delivery Consultants in launching and managing client projects and campaigns, ensuring the best delivery and results.

Ollie has a strong background in digital marketing. He worked in various roles before discovering marketing automation and the world of Salesforce, becoming certified in Pardot and Salesforce alike. Ollie loves learning new skills and experimenting with new marketing automation tools. As a marketer, he can see things from both perspectives and deliver solutions to businesses to reach their goals.

Nadine has a background in telecomms engineering, and has always been interested in software development and expanding her skills in web development. As Technical Project Manager at MarCloud Technologies, she excels at writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using current best practices.

Brad is a self-taught software developer with a flair for UI/UX design, focused on user accessibility and experience. A software developer at MarCloud, he designs and implements efficient and accessible solutions for his clients. He is committed to continuously learning new things to help advance his coding skills even further.

Karl spent over 10 years in Logistics, Operations & Sales, before moving into the Salesforce ecosystem. Working with some of the biggest companies in the world, his favorite part of business is meeting new people and building meaningful and long lasting relationships.

Jake is a Business Strategist and Data Apprentice and has a strong interest in analytics and statistics.

Over 25 years experience as an advisory consultant and program management expert for organisational growth through business analytics, data mining, portfolio management and team leadership. Adept at delivering Global IT infrastructure and applications across multiple technologies and industries, including Healthcare, Government, Retail and Finance.

Praveena has a background in engineering and software development. She specialises in Sales Cloud and backend development and is passionate about creating Salesforce solutions that enable clients to maximise the potential of their sales platforms.

Developer in progress. Working hard to become a full-stack developer. Natural aptitude for front end and design due to a background in Art & Design. Have a deeper interest in the abstract back-end side of data structures and architecture. Has become a go-to for designs and all things funky.

Liam is an expert in all things HR. Particularly in all things HR Tech, Operations and change. He is enthusiastic about efficiency and passionate about progress. Liam supports the business by bringing the calm to the clouds and making it a fair and consistent platform for growth for everyone at MarCloud.

Julius worked in IT before discovering CRM and marketing automation. He loves learning new skills, is a self-taught Salesforce engineer and is working towards other certifications. He supports the Lead consultant to action implementations in sales and marketing cloud.

Scott brings B2B Sales experience across different markets to MarCloud. Working across different sectors in Toronto, Canada, and in the UK, Scott brings his strategic vision and dynamic approach to drive business growth and success.

Mark is a Marketing Automation Consultant with extensive experience leading large scale implementation projects. He is certified in Account Engagement, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and AI. With a background in Sales Management and Digital Marketing, Mark loves finding solutions and helping companies with Sales and Marketing alignment.

Kirsty worked in Finance in Education for 14 years, and recently completed her Level 2 AAT in Bookkeeping, she is looking forward to gaining more HR experience

Supan has transitioned from a career in marketing to consulting. With extensive experience using Pardot, Supan now helps businesses use this marketing automation tool effectively, offering practical guidance to optimise their marketing efforts.

Liyana has a background in tourism and extensive experience in business development within the programmatic advertising sector. She has successfully executed sales and business development strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. Driven by her strong interest in digital marketing, Liyana decided to pursue her MSc in Marketing with Digital Strategy. She has a passion for technology, digital analytics, and understanding customer behaviour..
