Salesforce Safety Cloud is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed to help businesses manage their health and safety protocols. A fairly recent addition to the Salesforce ecosystem, Safety Cloud was released in 2022, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and with a focus on managing in-person events and workplace environments.
The core features of Safety Cloud include collecting employee or attendee health data, managing vaccination and testing statuses, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. It can generate digital health passes or certificates that confirm an individual meets requirements.
It also enables customers to safely plan and manage their events, monitor employee health in the workplace, and produce real-time reporting on the overall health status of their organisation.
Being a Salesforce product, it integrates seamlessly with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and so on, helping businesses to easily incorporate data into their wider business activities.
