You’re welcome to bring your own design, or a detailed design brief that includes branding guidelines and mock-ups of the email template you’d like built. In this case, we’ll review the designs to determine the scope of work and we may suggest changes based on our extensive experience of how emails work best within Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
If you don’t yet have a detailed design brief or mock ups of your desired email template, the first step is for us to meet and discuss what you want from your new template. From this meeting, we’ll either create a mock-up design based on the info you provide or suggest using one of our readymade bulletproof templates, which can often provide a more cost-effective solution.
Once the final design of your new email template is agreed, we will undertake the work and create a first draft. This will be accompanied with a report showing exactly how the template will look in all major browsers and devices. This is your chance to raise any changes you’d like.
MarCloud will do one round of amends based on your feedback of the first draft. Given we ensure the design brief is solid, there’s rarely a need for further revisions! Then, we deploy your new template with a ‘handover’ call to make sure you’re confident in the best practices for editing and using it in your Pardot campaigns.
