Tom is a Salesforce Certified Pardot and Marketing Cloud Consultant with several years experience in this space, as well as having B2B marketing client-side & agency experience.
Previously, Tom used consulting as a lifestyle business living in places like Lisbon, Copenhagen and Bali but since demand has risen dramatically in such a short period of time, quickly realised that the opportunity should be taken. Since then, the core focus has been to grow MarCloud and innovate the Pardot space by providing the best practice approach and innovate the way we use Pardot through the API, subsequently creating our other Pardot arm ‘MarCloud Technologies’.
Tom wants to see MarCloud as the go-to place for Pardot expertise across the globe and expects all of our work to be nothing short of remarkable.
Jake Bond

Jake is a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant with a passion for delivering top tier client journeys. Strength-wise, Jake is all about building personalised customer journeys from the ground up and analysing reports to get the maximum ROI out of every marketing and sales activity.
Having been involved in some of the biggest FMCG brands in the world he has learned what the ideal customer experience should be, which helps massively when optimising each touch-point for prospects. With proven skills in a variety of different people-driven industries and projects, he is a firm believer that people make the world go round.
He’s managed a team of over 60 people and won manager of the year awards so doesn’t feel shy about saying he’s a high performer. Show him your KPI’s and he’ll work out how to meet them.
Sarah Burton

Sarah started working with Salesforce back in 2010 and since then has delivered numerous successful projects across a range of different teams. She uses the system to streamline internal processes and increase automation whilst maximising on the reporting.
Sarah enjoys a challenge and problem solving, striving to make Salesforce a platform that users want to use and delivers an excellent customer experience. She developed a passion for Marketing Automation when she started working with Pardot in 2017 and combines the two systems to map out a strategy for the end to end customer journey.

As a Certified Pardot Consultant with a background in B2B Marketing Laura fits right into the team. Alongside an interest in all things Tech, Laura is always interested in finding different ways to enhance a client’s Pardot account by identifying opportunities in line with the wider marketing strategy.

Matt has worked with Salesforce for over 6 years and has gained a wealth of experience having worked client-side in both Enterprise level and medium-sized businesses. He’s a proponent for Salesforce products and is always looking to expand his portfolio of Salesforce Credentials.
Hannah Barron
Pardot Development Project Manager
Hannah joins the team with 8 years experience specialising in email and marketing automation. Being a perfectionist, Hannah will work hard to make sure that any email template will offer the same customer experience regardless of which inbox it lands in. Hannah is passionate about utilising marketing automation to create efficient campaigns that offer value to the customer and generate leads.
Outside of work, Hannah volunteers at a local animal rehoming charity.
Grace Hallows

Grace joins MarCloud after securing a first in Marketing and a keen interest in B2B marketing automation! She has prior experience in B2B marketing and even introduced a manufacturing client to Pardot after assessing the pro’s and cons of different email tools.

Tia has experience working in a B2B environment focussing on managing Salesforce and Pardot. She has a keen interest in Marketing automation and building customer journeys from the ground up!
